Terms & Conditions
By participating in this sales promotion, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Among other things, acceptance the Limited Edition ‘Master the Art of ULTRA Performance’ Merchandise - Vacuum-insulated Bottle constitutes participation in this sales promotion.
1. Sales Promotion Overview
1.1. From 01 May 2024 to 31 May 2024, purchase four (4) pieces of Eligible Bridgestone Passenger Tyres (as defined below) under a single invoice transaction from any of the participating Bridgestone Authorised Tyre Dealers and comply with the terms and conditions stated herein to redeem one piece of the Limited Edition ‘Master the Art of ULTRA Performance’ Merchandise - Vacuum-insulated Bottle.
2. Eligibility
2.1. To redeem one piece of the Limited Edition ‘Master the Art of ULTRA Performance’ Merchandise - Vacuum-insulated Bottle, you must:
· Purchase four (4) Eligible Bridgestone Passenger Tyres of the same product model of rim diameter 17-inch & above from any of the participating Bridgestone Authorised Tyre Dealers under a single invoice; and
· Complete the warranty registration at the point of purchase.
2.2. For every purchase, one piece of the Limited Edition ‘Master the Art of ULTRA Performance’ Merchandise - Vacuum-insulated Bottle will be mailed to you, at the mailing address provided through the warranty registration, by Bridgestone Tyre Sales Singapore Pte Ltd on first-come, first-served, while stocks last basis.
2.3. The Limited Edition MAP Vacuum-insulated Bottle are mailed randomly and cannot be exchanged for a different design.
2.4. The Limited Edition MAP Vacuum-insulated Bottle images provided are meant for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately depict the final product.
2.5. The sales promotion will be eligible for the purchase of:
· ALENZA Tyre Models (H/L 33, 001; RFT inclusive)
· DUELER Tyre Models (H/L 33, H/L 400, H/T 685, H/T 840, H/P SPORT, H/P ASYMMETRIC; RFT/MOE/BMW Star Mark/'N' Spec inclusive)
· ECOPIA Tyre Models (EP25, EP150, EP300, EP500, H/L 001, H/L 422 Plus; BMW Star Mark inclusive)
· POTENZA Tyre Models (RE003, RE004, RE050, RE050A, RE070, S001, S007, S007A, Sport, RACE; RFT/MOE/BMW Star Mark/'N' Spec inclusive)
· TURANZA Tyre Models (ER30, ER33, ER300, T001, T005, T005A, T006; RFT/MOE/BMW Star Mark inclusive)
(Collectively defined as "Eligible Bridgestone Passenger Tyres")
2.6. The sales promotion will NOT be eligible for the purchase of:
· POTENZA Tyre Models (RE-71R, RE-71RS, RE070R RFT inclusive)
· TURANZA Tyre Model (EL64)
· TECHNO Tyre Model
· TECHNO Sports Tyre Model
· DAYTON Tyre Model (DT30)
· SPORTY STYLE Tyre Model (MY02)
2.7. Parallel-imported tyres or tyres sold by sources other than the participating Bridgestone Authorised Tyre Dealers will NOT be eligible for this sales promotion.
2.8. This sales promotion is NOT open to:
· Staff and immediate family of staff of Bridgestone;
· Staff and immediate family of staff of Bridgestone Authorised Tyre Dealers;
· Vendors, agencies and temporary staff involved in this sales promotion; or
· Persons enjoying a discount under the Bridgestone “Refer a Friend” Programme.
2.9. This sales promotion is NOT valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or privileges carried out by Bridgestone Tyre Sales Singapore Pte Ltd or any of the Bridgestone Authorised Tyre Dealers.
3. Tyre Warranty
3.1. Bridgestone passenger tyres are warranted against manufacturing defects for five (5) years from the date of manufacture of each tyre. For more details on Bridgestone warranty’s terms and conditions, please visit https://www.bridgestone.com.sg/en/customer-care/tyre-warranty-policy .
3.2. Bridgestone Tyre Sales Singapore Pte Ltd DOES NOT offer any warranty for parallel-imported tyres.
3.3. Save for compensation that is based on our warranty policy, Bridgestone tyre Sales Singapore Pte Ltd will not be liable to you for any amount that may arise from your participation or non-participation in this promotion.
4. Privacy Policies
4.1. For purposes of this promotion, Bridgestone Tyres Sales Singapore Pte Ltd and/or participating Authorised Dealer may collect your personal data to verify your purchase and /or follow up with any related queries. Save for such purposes, Bridgestone Tyres Sales Singapore Pte Ltd does not disclose, transfer or lend the personal information you submit to any third party.
4.2. By providing such personal data, if any, you agree that Bridgestone Tyre Sales Singapore Pte Ltd may contact you for purposes related to this promotion.

5. Miscellaneous
5.1. In the event of any fraud and/or suspected fraud, Bridgestone Tyres Sales Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to conduct its own investigations, refer the matter to the police for their further investigation and/or take other steps necessary to preserve the integrity of this sales promotion.
5.2. Bridgestone Tyre Sales Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, including the Limited Edition MAP Vacuum-insulated Bottle being offered to replace it with something else and/or terminate this sales promotion early without prior notice.
5.3. These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of Singapore. In the case of any disputes in relation to this sales promotion, the customer and Bridgestone Tyres Sales Singapore Pte Ltd will engage in good faith negotiations to resolve such dispute, failing which the decision of Bridgestone Tyres Sales Singapore Pte Ltd will be final and binding.
