By participating in this contest organised by Bridgestone Tyre Sales Singapore Pte Ltd (“Bridgestone”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:

Overview

•    From 01 May 2024 to 31 May 2024 11.59pm (SGT), participate in Bridgestone ULTRA ART Challenge: AI Art Contest (‘Contest’) as detailed herein and stand a chance to win a Limited-Edition Bridgestone ‘Master the ART of Ultra Performance’ Vacuum-insulated Bottle Full Collection and Shopping Vouchers.

Eligibility & Submissions

•    This Contest is open to all Singaporeans aged 18 years old and above without any fees.

•    Each artist is allowed to submit one artwork.

•    Artist is required to provide information on the platform and thought process used in the artwork generation process.

•    The artwork must be created, engineered, imagined, or directed by the artist.

•    The artwork can be created with any artistic technique.

•    All artworks should comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.

•    Any offensive, inappropriate and/or defamatory artwork will not be considered valid entries.

•    The artist who uploads the photo must be the author of the artwork.

•    Artwork generated using the style of other artists, even with explicit authorisation and copyrights, will not be accepted.

•    Bridgestone will not be liable for any consequences arising from the submission of artworks that do not comply with such standards

Voting Process & Promotional Rights

•    The public voting period will begin on 03 June 2024 and ends on 10 June 2024, 11.59pm (SGT).

•    Bridgestone will upload all accepted artworks on Bridgestone Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/.

•    Bridgestone shall have the right to display and use the submitted artwork for promotional purposes on Bridgestone platforms.

•    Artists are allowed to gather interactions for their artwork:

    ○    For every ‘Like’ on the artwork image, 1 point will be recorded.

    ○    For every ‘Share’ on the artwork image, 1 point will be recorded.

•    Artists authorise Bridgestone to disclose their identities publicly (whether in association with their respective artwork or not) including but not limited to publication on Bridgestone Facebook page. (https://www.facebook.com/bridgestonesg/).

Contest Rewards

•    The Top 3 Contest Winners will be announced on 13 June 2024.

•    Each Winner will receive a Limited-Edition Bridgestone ‘Master the ART of Ultra Performance’ Vacuum-insulated Bottle Full Collection and Shopping Vouchers:

    ○    1^st Place: Limited-Edition Bridgestone ‘Master the ART of Ultra Performance’ Vacuum-insulated Bottle Full Collection + $120 Shopping Vouchers.

    ○    2^nd Place: Limited-Edition Bridgestone ‘Master the ART of Ultra Performance’ Vacuum-insulated Bottle Full Collection + $80 Shopping Vouchers.

    ○    3^rd Place: Limited-Edition Bridgestone ‘Master the ART of Ultra Performance’ Vacuum-insulated Bottle Full Collection + $50 Shopping Vouchers.

•    All rewards will be mailed to the Winners.

•    Bridgestone will contact the Winners upon the Announcement via e-mail to request for the mailing address for purpose of mailing the rewards. 

Privacy Policies

•    By providing such personal data, if any, you agree that Bridgestone Tyre Sales Singapore Pte Ltd may contact you for purposes related to this Contest.

•    For purposes of this promotion, Bridgestone Tyres Sales Singapore Pte Ltd may collect your personal data for purpose of mailing the reward. Save for such purposes, Bridgestone Tyres Sales Singapore Pte Ltd does not disclose, transfer or lend the personal information you submit to any third party.

Miscellaneous

•    In the event of any fraud and/or suspected fraud, Bridgestone Tyres Sales Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to conduct its own investigations, refer the matter to the police for their further investigation and/or take other steps necessary to preserve the integrity of this sales promotion.

•    Bridgestone Tyre Sales Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, including the Reward being offered to replace it with something else and/or terminate this Contest early without prior notice.

•    These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of Singapore. In the case of any disputes in relation to this sales promotion, the artist and Bridgestone Tyres Sales Singapore Pte Ltd will engage in good faith negotiations to resolve such dispute, failing which the decision of Bridgestone Tyres Sales Singapore Pte Ltd will be final and binding.
