TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in this sales promotion run by Bridgestone Tyre Sales Singapore Pte Ltd (“Bridgestone”), you, the customer, agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Among other things, acceptance of any prizes constitutes participation in this sales promotion.

1.      Sales Promotion Overview

1.1.    From 08 July 2024 to 08 August 2024 (both dates inclusive), purchase four eligible Bridgestone passenger tyres of the same model (as defined below) with a rim diameter of 17 inches or more in a single invoice transaction from any of the participating Bridgestone Authorised Tyre Dealers and comply with the terms and conditions stated herein to redeem a Scratch & Win card.

1.2.   Subject to you satisfying the terms and conditions, a Scratch & Win Card, offering the following prize variations, will be issued to you on first-come, first-served, while stocks last basis:

a)     Bridgestone Rivals Coffee Mug & Limited-edition Bridgestone x Forza Motorsport Xbox Controller; or

b)     Bridgestone Rivals Coffee Mug & Forza Motorsport 6 Months PC Game Pass; or

c)      Bridgestone Rivals Coffee Mug & Forza Motorsport 1 Month PC Game Pass; or

d)     Bridgestone Rivals Coffee Mug & $5 Instant Cash Discount; or

e)     Bridgestone Rivals Coffee Mug & $10 Instant Cash Discount; or

f)       Bridgestone Rivals Coffee Mug & $20 Instant Cash Discount; or

g)     Bridgestone Rivals Coffee Mug & $80 Instant Cash Discount

1.3.   For the avoidance of doubt, the instant cash discount will be deducted from the total price of the invoice and is not given on a per-tyre basis.

1.4.   This sales promotion is only applicable to eligible Bridgestone passenger car tyres sold by participating Bridgestone Authorised Tyre Dealers with complete warranty registration submitted via https://www.bridgestone.com.sg/en/customer-care/online-warranty. See paragraph 2 below for full eligibility requirements.

2.     Eligibility

2.1.   To redeem a Scratch & Win Card, you must:

a)     Purchase four (4) eligible Bridgestone passenger tyres of the same model with a rim diameter of 17 inches or more in one transaction from any of our participating Bridgestone Authorised Tyre Dealer; and

b)     Complete the warranty registration at the point of purchase prior to the point of payment and show proof of the same to the Bridgestone Authorised Tyre Dealer.

2.2.   Prior to issuance of the Scratch & Win Card and Prizes, the Bridgestone Authorised Dealer will:

a)     Verify that the warranty registration is completed;

b)     Issue the prizes, as stated on the Scratch & Win Card, to you on the spot at the point of purchase;

c)      Issue the Bridgestone Rivals Coffee Mug to you;

d)     Deduct the corresponding Instant Cash Discount amount, if applicable, from your invoice at the point of payment;

e)     If you win the Limited-edition Bridgestone x Forza Motorsport Xbox Controller or Forza Motorsport PC Game Pass, please visit the collection point stated on the Scratch & Win Card for redemption; and

f)       Stamp their company stamp on the Scratch & Win Card.

2.3.   The Scratch & Win Card will be offered on first-come, first-served, while stocks last basis for the purchase of:

a)     ALENZA Tyre Models (H/L 33, 001; RFT inclusive)

b)     DUELER Tyre Models (H/L 33, H/L 400, H/T 685, H/T 840, H/P SPORT, H/P ASYMMETRIC; RFT/MOE/BMW Star Mark/'N' Spec inclusive)

c)      ECOPIA Tyre Models (EP25, EP150, EP300, EP500, H/L 001, H/L 422 Plus; BMW Star Mark inclusive)

d)     POTENZA Tyre Models (RE003, RE004, RE050, RE050A, RE070, S001, S007, S007A, Sport, RACE, RE-71R, RE-71RS; RFT/MOE/BMW Star Mark/'N' Spec inclusive)

e)     TURANZA Tyre Models (ER30, ER33, ER300, T001, T005, T005A, T006; RFT/MOE/BMW Star Mark inclusive)

(Collectively defined as "Eligible Bridgestone Passenger Tyres")

2.4.   Purchase of POTENZA RE070R RFT, TECHNO and TECHNO Sports Tyre Model are NOT eligible for this sales promotion.

2.5.   Parallel-imported tyres or tyres sold by sources other than the participating Bridgestone Authorised Tyre Dealers will NOT be eligible for this sales promotion.

2.6.   This sales promotion is NOT open to the following group of persons:

a)     Staff and/or immediate family members of staff of Bridgestone;

b)     Staff and/or immediate family members of staff of Bridgestone Authorised Tyre Dealers;

c)      Vendors, agencies and temporary staff involved in this sales promotion; or

d)     Persons enjoying a discount under the Bridgestone “Refer a Friend” Programme.

2.7.   Unless expressly stated otherwise, this sales promotion is NOT valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or privileges carried out by Bridgestone or any of the Bridgestone Authorised Tyre Dealers. For the avoidance of doubt, Bridgestone tyre vouchers can be used in conjunction to this sales promotion.

3.     Tyre Warranty

3.1.   With valid registration, Bridgestone passenger tyres are warranted against manufacturing defects for five (5) years from the date of manufacture of each tyre. 3.2.   Bridgestone DOES NOT offer any warranty for parallel-imported tyres.

4.     Privacy Policy

4.1.   By participating in the sales promotion and submitting the tyre warranty, you hereby agree with the terms and conditions of Bridgestone’s privacy policy. Please visit https://www.bridgestone.com.sg/en/about/privacy for more information about our privacy policy. Bridgestone reserve the right to update and amend the privacy policy from time to time.  

4.2.   Specific to this sale promotion, Bridgestone and/or Bridgestone Authorised Tyre Dealers may collect your personal data including but not limited to the information submitted through our site for the purposes of the tyre warranty registration and such other information as may be required to verify your purchase to issue the instant cash discount on your purchase. You agree that Bridgestone and/or Bridgestone Authorised Tyre Dealers may retain such personal data for the purposes of administering and/or verifying your identity for this sales promotion.

4.3.   In administering the sales promotion and in complying with the provisions of

4.4.   Bridgestone will not disclose, transfer or share your personal information submitted through our site to any third party except where for the purposes stated herein.

5.     Miscellaneous

5.1.    Bridgestone reserves the right to amend the sales promotion period at any time. Any entries or redemption outside the sales promotion period will be disqualified.

5.2.   In the event of any fraud and/or suspected fraud, Bridgestone reserves the right to conduct its own investigations, refer the matter to the police for their further investigation and/or take other steps necessary, including legal action against any individual Bridgestone believes to have undertaken fraudulent activities to preserve the integrity of this sales promotion. Bridgestone reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the sales promotion process.

5.3.   Bridgestone reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and/or terminate this sales promotion early without prior notice to you.

5.4.   These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of Singapore. In the event of any disputes in relation to this sales promotion, the customer and Bridgestone will engage in good faith negotiations to resolve such dispute, failing which the decision of Bridgestone will be final and binding.
